Stress is common thing during exam but having too much of it is harmful for your health , it has been seen that many student take so much stress as soon as their exam date announced , however there is no need to be stressed just for your exam which is only a thing to judge whether your have learnt or not so that your performance could be improved, therefore one should prepare for their exam well in advance so that student would gain confidence which help them to overcome their hesitation or ultimately their stress will end. Problem faces by student are differ form one another some get stressed in the form of headache , and other as fast heat beat , but there is a solution as stated above “ prepare well in advance” besides this there are some activities which one can follow to through out his stress out of him.
There are some chants a student should follow to overcome his stress.

2. Eat healthy be healthy.
3. Time Management.
4. Be calm
5. Consult your nearest partner.
First chants are most important one as if you are ready for something in advance then facing of it any time is not difficult as it is guaranteed since ages that preparation well in advance always gives a strength of confidence to overcome your stress.
Second one is also has much importance as the saying goes a healthy mind always stay in healthy body so a student must have healthy diet plan during his exam, students should avoid oily and junk foods and include fresh fruits and and rich protein foods in to their daily diet which in turn would enhance student performance in exam. Time Management is the key point while a student prepare for the exam, too much study without any time interval is bad one so always remember study with time interval of one hour and keep some gap in between , rest for a while and then again start your study help you to overcome form your stress and achieve positive result in exam. Besides above three chats students must be calm through some yoga and meditation by inhaling deep breath in and out process which is a good thing to overcome stress problem.
